A drop in the bucket

It's finally happened. A city council has decided outright to close down its music school. Admittedly, this is a small town, but still, it sets a bad precedent. The argument of the Town Hall seems unstoppable: it must finance the reform of school scheduling, the cost of which is about the same as that of the music school, but affects six times more children. That says it all. Move along, nothing to see here.
